Liability Statement and Waiver


In consideration of acceptance of your entry and participation in the Show, it is understood and agreed that all Exhibitors will be under the control and direction of the Show management; provided the Show will in no case be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. Each Exhibitor will be solely responsible for any consequential loss, injury or damage done to, or occasioned by, or arising from, any animal or article exhibited by them and for its description as given, and shall indemnify the Show against all legal or other proceedings in regard thereto, as well as damage or injury to any other person or property, caused by the Exhibitor or any of the animals exhibited by him/her, or arising out of, or in any way connected with such Exhibitor or any of the animals so exhibited. All persons who attend the Show do so at their own risk, and the Texas Junior Brahman Association and Texas Brahman Association assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any event or accident that may occur and hereby asserts all legal privileges including, but not limited to, the protections given under Chapter 87, Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.

  • COVID-19 RELEASE AND GUIDELINES

    The Texas Junior Brahman Association State Show (the “Show”) will require responses to screening questions and a waiver signed by each Exhibitor’s parent (or the Exhibitor himself/herself if they are already 18 years old) to increase the safety of all Exhibitors and attendees related to the COVID-19 virus.

  • COVID-19 UNDERSTANDING AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

    The undersigned agrees to release the Show from liability and waive any and all claims for expenses and/or medical charges related to any diagnosed medical condition that arises from or is related to contact with the COVID-19 virus if contracted before, during, or after the 2020 Show (inclusive dates: July 1 through July 5, 2020). The Exhibitor agrees if such medical diagnosis is made, he/she will contact management of the Show and report such diagnosis. Further, the Exhibitor and immediate family agree to abide by all social distancing requirements made by the Show and wearing face coverings, if requested by the Show.
